Professional nice practitioner
I found it very easy to check in at the Minute Clinic and was informed of the wait time. I was greeted on time and felt comfortable and welcomed. The NP listened to my concerns and addressed all my issues.
Very convenient and the technician was very competent! My only complaint is that CVS texts/emails WAY TOO MUCH. I don't need 17 separate messages, omg! Also, I spent time uploading my insurance and personal info, and NONE of it went through.
Quick diagnosis, quick treatment, and appropriate treatment.
The Provider was the most unprofessional provider I've ever met. She told me I was going to have to pay up to $160 for a TB test that I was getting to volunteer at my kids school. I found out later that I don't have to pay because I have Aetna insurance. She made me bleed when administering the test and waited to give me a square gauze as blood dripped down my arm. When she finally did, I needed another one that wasn't saturated and she was reluctant to give it. She then told me I couldn't come back in 48 hours because she didn't have the time and would have to come back the 4th day after the Monday test to get it read but not to exceed 72 hours. The ladies that read the test on Thursday were helpful, friendly, personable, and gave me helpful information about the insurance. They even gave me a second copy of the results and emailed the for my records.
